Weddings can be as fun and full of character as the couple’s hosting them; I believe weddings can be a big party with plenty of personal touches; and I know, from experience, couples can enjoy a collaborative, seamless and stress-free experience from the moment the planning process begins. You are a busy, gorgeous, important couple with a life to live! You understand that planning a wedding is a full time job and you already have one of those. You’re keen for a professional to take care of the hard parts so you can relax, and actually enjoy your day.
Finding your dream team of vendors; sourcing quotes; negotiating discounts & managing the logistics the entire way through.
Preparing a detailed budget estimate, and managing the figures throughout to ensure you are well aware of all of the (many) costs involved in a wedding.
A visit to your venue to discuss the locations onsite, the visual elements and wet weather plan A, B & C.
Styling concept & creation of visual moodboard.
Sourcing of all styling pieces (furniture, linen, stationery, candles, florals).
Creation of profession event brief, provided to all vendors including a detailed run sheet, floor plan, seating plan, and all other key information required by all teams, all in the one place.
Styling team for bump-in to ensure the vision is immaculate.
Up to 12 hours of coordination on the day by Chloe, until your formalities conclude.
Bump-in & bump-out management.

You want to be a guest at your own wedding! This is for the couples who have dreamt of planning their wedding their whole lives. The idea of contacting vendors, sourcing quotes & managing communications doesn’t scare you in the slightest. You do however value the wealth of experience a planner brings, and know you will get a whole lot out of having an unbiased support system by your side throughout the entire process. You have the vision, you just need that special someone (me!) to bring it to life.
Two planning meetings, one-on-one with Chloe.
Access to my Little Pink Book of recommended vendors (including some exclusive discounts from some of the industries elite).
Unlimited support via email to answer any of those late night questions that keep you up at night.
A detailed styling meeting to discuss your vision, style & budget.
